Penicuik Town Hall Restoration work complete

To celebrate the completion of the restoration work to Penicuik Town Hall an opening event was held on Saturday November 27th .Funders , partners , the design team , contractors and others associated with the project were invited to hear presentations by Midlothian Councillor Russell Imrie, Councillor Debbi McCall and the Midlothian Provost Peter Smaill. They thanked all those involved. The PHRP Project manager Rod Lugg talked about the Penicuik Heritage Regeneration Project and the work to the Town Hall. There were exhibitions and information from local organisations and partners . The event ended with a performance from the Penicuik Pipe Band , Approximately 60 people attended .
