The third of our Heritage Craft sessions was very creative with participants working on a variety of projects from traditional lace making, embroidery and Fair Isle knitting. The process of crafting promotes links to the past and also conserving for the future. Members of the group are delighted to share their knowledge, skills and enthusiasm about their skilled craft to others. There was a lovely atmosphere working together and the space in the Town Hall has been ideal for comfortable social distancing. Next session will be Wednesday 2nd December and anyone interested in attending must pre book as spaces are limited.’
