As well as the built element of the Regeneration Scheme, fostering a wider understanding of the rich local history of the area is a fundamental part of the project.
In the coming years, Penicuik Heritage Regeneration will work alongside community partners and groups in order to promote and aid in preserving the heritage of the area.
