Doors Open Day at Penicuik Town Hall

Approximately 45 people attended Doors Open Day at Penicuik Town Hall on Saturday 9th September 2023 . There were two exhibitions on display together with a rolling power point presentation .The Penicuik Heritage Regeneration Project (PHRP) in partnership with the
Penicuik Historical Society (PHS) hosted the event at the Town Hall and visitors were able to gain information about the work of the PHRP over the last five years and an insight into the history and heritage of St Mungo’s churchyard from the exhibition put together by the PHS .Comments received on the day were favourable , visitors were pleased to see the extent of the on going improvements to the historic fabric of the Town centre.
