Midlothian Doors Open Day,Saturday September 9th 2023

The Penicuik Heritage Regeneration Project (PHRP) in partnership with The Penicuik Historical Society will be in Penicuik Town Hall from 10.00am to 3.30pm for Doors Open Day on Saturday September 9th . There will be exhibitions about the history and heritage of the town and also about the achievements of the PHRP over the last 5 years.There will be details about the development of the Penicuik Heritage Trail and the restoration of the Hearse House in St Mungo’s Church yard . So please come along to discover something of the fascinating history of the town and it’s people over the years .
