New carved panel now in place

The contractors mason for the Penicuik Town Hall restoration work has completed the new replacement stone carving and has now inserted the new stone into it’s position on the front facade of the building .This has replaced the original which was badly weathered and had deteriorated to the extent that it was crumbling away.
